What is a Cask Night?   For those of you wondering what cask ale, or cask conditioned beer is, it’s unfiltered, unpasteurized beer, that’s conditioned in the cask (container).  The beer is served from the cask without nitrogen or CO2 pressure, which gives the beer a more gentle, smoother, mouth feel.  Most casks that are produced are typically one-offs, or tweaked out, experimental beers.  So you’ll find some interesting beers you can’t normally get.  A cask once opened, must be finished so come prepared to help us out and make sure you have a room reserved or a designated driver!
