A Beer Festival is an organized event during which a variety of beers (and often other alcoholic drinks) are available for tasting and purchase. The Pacific Northwest  has a number of great Beer festivals including the Great Canadian Beer Festival in Victoria, Whistler Beer Festival in Whistler, BC and the Oregon Brewers Festival.  While the Harrison Beer Festival is smaller and newer our focus on quality brewers and friendly fun atmosphere has gained us a loyal following.

Our Festival is unique in that it includes three separate events all related to Beer.
Cask night is a night of friendly competition between 8 BC Craft Breweres, each with their own unique casks on tap.

The Saturday afternoon, Beer Festival brings 20 of the finest micro breweries in BC to the shores of Harrison Lake for a unique opportunity of sampling or tasting a wide range of craft-brewed beers in a variety of different styles by various brewers. Each brewery brings with them 3-4 different selections of their beer. Drink tokens are required for each sample. Only beer is served at this event.

Finally we end our festival with the most famous of all beer celebrations, Oktoberfest, where we will have authentic Oktoberfest style beer on tap and a great Oktoberfest Band to keep the polka's going till the wee hours.
